I trained formally, earning a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, where I studied Jung, Freud, and existential theory. That work gave me structure, but life gave me something deeper. Living across Africa, Europe, and the United States, raising children, caring for family, and building community across cultures — each chapter shaped my perspective and deepened my understanding of people.
I have spent more than thirty years walking with people through some of their most important decisions. Sometimes those conversations were about careers, sometimes about marriages or family, sometimes about the quiet question of what’s next?
Experience. Four decades of being trusted with real, high-stakes questions.
Perspective. A global, cross-cultural view that widens the lens.
Steadiness. A calm, grounded presence when things feel overwhelming.
Discernment. The ability to name what matters most, simply and directly.
When we sit together, I listen carefully, ask honest questions, and reflect what I see with care. Sometimes I draw from psychology, sometimes from lived experience, but always with the goal of helping you see your own choices more clearly.
This is not about me giving you answers. It is about creating clarity you can trust long after the conversation ends.
If you are looking for a coach or a speaker who combines formal training with lived wisdom, and who will meet you with care as well as clarity, I would be honored to work with you.
